We’ll set up a time to come out and perform a complete cleaning and checkup on your system, and yes, we will reward you for doing it! Continue your Club Membership maintenance with us, without skipping a season and receive 15% off* all service calls. Also, you will receive the loyalty maintenance rate for the maintenance of your heating and/or air–conditioning system. Remember if you miss a season you will not be eligible to receive the 15% discount*. It really pays to be consistent with your equipments regular maintenance.

Our precision tune up is designed to prevent future breakdowns and help you decide what is needed to keep your system running at a better efficiency, your savings on utility bills can pay for your annual service and extend the life of your heating and cooling equipment.

During our maintenance we will be sure to check the following:

Precision Tune–Up Heating Equipment

  • Oil fan motors where applicable
  • Adjust & clean blower components
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Lubricate moving parts
  • Clean and replace air filter
  • Calibrate thermostat
  • Test and adjust safety controls
  • Perform safety test on heat exchanger
  • Monitor gas pressure and adjust gas valves as necessary
  • Clean and adjust burner, pilot assembly
  • Check safety limits
  • Check C02 levels
  • Inspection report and advise of any recommended repairs

Precision Tune–Up Cooling Equipment

  • Clean condenser coil
  • Monitor refrigerant pressure
  • Clean evaporator coil
  • Apply protective coating to outside unit
  • Measure temperature difference
  • Monitor voltage amperage
  • Test for proper airflow
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Secure covers
  • Inspection report and advise of recommended repairs
