Dynamic offers maintenance contracts. There are many benefits to maintaining your system properly. Our team is committed to do a through preventative maintenance on your system. We offer two options an annual maintenance which includes a free efficiency test and should we find any issues with your system we will let you know our suggestions along with pricing. Our second option is a comprehensive plan which includes a garantee on parts should they breakdown during the season. Please click on the MAINTENANCE CONTRACT in order to review your options.
Dynamic will install new heating & cooling systems that will fulfill your needs. We will do a heat load calculation and design your system to run efficiently. When looking for installation for a new system it's important that the design of the space is done properly in order to meet your heating and cooling needs. Bigger doesn't always mean better. TROUBLESHOOTING
NO COOLING - If your cooling system is not working check your thermostat and make sure that if it is battery operating that the batteries are not dead.
Make sure that the thermostat is set to COOL or AUTO. Make sure that your FAN is ON.
Make sure that your breaker did not trip.
